Small items and items weighing less than approximately 30kg such as inset gas and electric fires will be delivered by courier. This is a ground floor doorstep delivery service and a signature is required. You must check your items within 24 hours and report any damage to us within 3 days of receiving the goods.

Larger and heavier items are normally delivered by a professional freight forwarder and will arrive palletised. The delivery wagon normally has a tail lift and pallet truck.  You will receive a call prior to delivery by the freight forwarder to arrange delivery, this will be an all day slot and a ground floor/door step/kerbside service. Please note the drivers are not insured to enter your property and you may need to make sure you have help with you to unload/unpack the pallet.  You must check for damage in front of the driver before the delivery is signed for. In the unlikely event that damage is visible please contact us immediately and refuse delivery .

Some of our fireplace products are delivered by the manufacturers own transport and their two man delivery driver teams.  They will bring the products int your ( ground floor) room of choice and unpack the product for you to inspect.
