The Polaris Integra is a traditional arched or tiled cast-iron insert integrated with our Polaris Integra Inset Eco multi-fuel stove. This combination gives the appearance of a classic cast-iron fireplace of yesteryear but uniquely it incorporates one of the most efficient and contemporary wood burning stoves on the market today. Our tiled inserts are designed in the UK and manufactured in the traditional way.  Tiled inserts require a set of ten heat resistant tiles (five either side) or a set (pair) of cast-iron sleeves. A unique convector chamber brings additional heat to your room that would have traditionally disappeared up the chimney. A removable stove door handle makes it safer to open the stove door before the stove has cooled down. With a nominal heat output up to 5kW (therefore no additional air vent required in your room) the Polaris Integra Inset Eco multi-fuel stove complies with EcoDesign 2022 regulations and its high efficiency and low carbon emissions allow it to be used in smoke-controlled areas by DEFRA for the burning of seasoned wood and HETAS approved smokeless fuels. The Polaris Eden is a traditional tiled cast-iron insert with a classic and authentic design to the canopy. The Eden has a matt black finish and integrates perfectly with the matt black Polaris Integra Inset fitting snugly into a dedicated opening inside the external cast-iron fascia. The mantelpiece shown is the Flat Victorian shown here in traditional Italian Carrara marble.. The hearth is honed Shanxi Granite in our Munro style and we recommend that it be sectioned for solid fuel to allow for expansion.
