Members agree to abide by a set of Terms & Conditions to help ensure a good professional code of conduct, ensure the provisions of after-sales support to their customers, make a commitment  to only selling appliances and fuel that meet the relevant standards and where they organise installations, only do so via an appropriately qualified installer, registered under a recognised competent persons scheme.
